The Ursus is available free of charge in electronic format (PDF) to all
Septentrians and other interested parties. To view it you will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader 5 and Windows 98 or higher for PC, or Os 9 for
MACs. Don't have it? You can download it here. To subscribe, e-mail the
Chroniclers and your name will be added to the notification list.

Submissions

Submissions of articles for potential publication in The Ursus are due
to the Chroniclers by the 12th of the month before publication; e.g.
for the May/June issue, submissions would be due by April 12). All
submissions are subject to editing for length, content and style.
Submitters recognize that their work(s) may be used in whole or in part
on the Barony of Septentria webpage unless they specify otherwise. For
a submission to be accepted, the chronicler must also receive a signed
permission form by e-mail or hardcopy. A sample form is below. The page
can either be printed off, or the text can be copied and pasted into a
word processing program.
